The hay barn measures 54' x 52' with a 14' add-on. Ownership has included Deitrick and Allerman, 1860; Dick Bartels, Arthur Arnold Settelmeyer, 1900; Arthur and Lawrence Settelmeyer, late 1920's; Arthur Settelmeyer, Settelmeyer Ranches, 1968.
